Our Terms

Agreement to Terms

By scheduling, requesting, or permitting services from ATVM, Inc. (“Company”), whether through the website, phone, text, or any other method, the customer (“Client”) agrees to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to service.
  • “Completion” is defined as the point at which the agreed-upon services have been performed, regardless of Client availability at the time of completion.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Fees

  • Any on-site cancellation, refusal of service, or inability to perform services due to conditions not caused by ATVM, Inc. will result in a cancellation fee equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the total scheduled service cost.
  • A minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice is required for cancellations, rescheduling, or service modifications.Emergency exceptions are evaluated at the sole discretion of ATVM, Inc.
  • ATVM, Inc. reserves the right to assess the applicable cancellation fee regardless of reason, excluding circumstances directly caused by ATVM, Inc.

Access & Site Conditions

  • The Client is responsible for ensuring safe, clear, and reasonable access to the service location.
        •    All pets must be secured prior to and during service. ATVM, Inc. is not responsible for delays, inability to perform work, or safety concerns resulting from unsecured animals.

Property & Installation Disclaimer

  • ATVM, Inc. is not responsible for pre-existing or concealed conditions, including but not limited to structural issues, stud placement, hidden wiring, plumbing, electrical lines, fire blocks, wall integrity, or code violations unknown at the time of service.
  • Minor cosmetic effects (including small holes, drywall dust, access openings for wiring, or surface marks) may occur as a normal result of installation and do not constitute property damage.
  • The Client is responsible for approving equipment placement locations prior to installation.

Client-Supplied Equipment

  • ATVM, Inc. is not responsible for the performance, compatibility, or failure of client-supplied equipment or materials.
  • Any damage resulting from defective, incompatible, or improperly manufactured client-supplied equipment is the responsibility of the Client.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATVM, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of enjoyment, data loss, or equipment failure not caused by gross negligence.
  • ATVM, Inc.’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.

Refusal of Service

  • ATVM, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if working conditions are unsafe, hostile, misleading, or materially different from those disclosed at booking.

Chargebacks & Disputes

  • The Client agrees to contact ATVM, Inc. directly to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in collection efforts and additional administrative fees as permitted by law.

Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the service is performed.

Acceptance

  • By scheduling services or allowing work to proceed, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
